I created, shot, edited, and produced this video based on a Love Island TikTok trend for Shakespeare by the Sea. The actors are playing Phoebe and Silvius, lovers at odds who also happen to be shepherds. The audio is from a Love Island episode, and the female in the audio was a particularly divisive character, as is Phoebe (the woman) in the Shakespeare play. It’s a little niche but I think it works on 2 levels, and the actors sold it.
